QUALITY POLICY

The present Quality Policy is based on the commitment undertaken by HECO©. It thus establishes a management system that guarantees the quality of our processes, products and services for the design, manufacture and marketing of industrial furniture.

In order to ensure compliance with the foregoing, the following have been implemented within the company:

A Quality Management System certified to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard.

These systems improve the execution of the specific tasks of each area, process, product and service that form part of the organisation, relying on the following principles:

  1. Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements established by the competent authorities, agreed with clients or suppliers, and by the company itself as internal standards, where necessary.
  2. To identify and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure consistency.
  3. To meet the needs and expectations of our customers by providing products and services of the quality offered.
  4. To adequately train and inform employees, and all other personnel providing services at our facilities, in order to encourage their participation, information, awareness and involvement in improving the quality of their own tasks.
  5. To involve our staff, with their contributions, in the competition, participation and commitment through training, awareness-raising and effective communication. This will be achieved by improving the efficient use of tools and resources, thereby fostering a spirit of participation within the planning, organisation and development process of the integrated system.
  6. To encourage, in each case, the use of the best economically viable techniques available.
  7. To provide the necessary resources and information to achieve the established objectives and milestones.
  8. To maintain a policy of good neighbourliness and dialogue with the people, companies, authorities, and associations that make up our environment.
  9. Promote an organisational culture based on continuous improvement and innovation.

To facilitate the achievement of these objectives, Management urges all Company personnel to actively collaborate by providing their effort, support and cooperation in both achieving the objectives defined annually and in the development and improvement of the adopted management systems.

This Management commits to reviewing this Policy when necessary, and to ensuring that it is implemented, communicated and understood throughout the organisation.

The HECO© Integrated Quality Policy is made fully available to the public (clients, suppliers, authorities, or other bodies or individuals) upon request, and is also communicated to workers working on its behalf and to contractors.
